Things you must know about when renting an apartment or a house in Thailand
This is a sort of a small reminder for holidaymakers who plan to visit Hua Hin! If you want to travel in Thailand but hotels seem expensive to you then renting an apartment or a house will save your money! As a bonus, you'll have a big kitchen, living space and, of course, the feeling of living in your own apartment. Renting property becomes more and more populars among tourists from around the world! But there's no doubt that if there are pros, there must be cons as well. We will warn you about possible issues you can face with while renting an aprtment or a house:
1. An apartment or a house you are going to live in sometimes may require some cleaning services. Thai people have their own understanding of the word "clean" and it doesn't always coincide with ours, so if you would like to be 100% sure that the property will be ideally clean by your arrival, you can order cleaning service which will cost you around 300-500 baht. Please note that the agen who meet you in Hua Hin is NOT responsible for the cleaning state of your apartment \ house as they receive keys several minutes right before you move into the apartment \ house 2. Please consider that Thai people do not always use duvet covers. You can buy a set for your bed including a duvet cover in local shopping center but don't expect the price to be low as they are usually bought by foreigners. 3. If you noticed that there are some problems in your bathroom like leaking water or something needs to be repaired, please, contact an employee of your rented condo or our company to help you solve that sort of problem. If something was broken before your arrival or if something was damaged and it wasn't your fault, be sure, we will return your safety deposit on your departure day. We are always ready to help you and give a piece of advice on living style in Hua Hin.
